Oversee accounting, reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, compliance, and closeout activities for grants and reimbursable contracts. Prepare grant budgets, financial statements, variance analyses, revenue projections, and expenditure forecasts. Support annual budgeting, pre- and post-award processes, transaction reviews, and program staff training. The role requires collaboration with finance and program teams while maintaining compliance with funding requirements, accounting standards, and organizational policies.

Serves as the welcoming front desk representative, greeting clients and visitors, managing calls, mail, packages, calendars, office inventory, parking passes, and paycheck distribution. Coordinates facilities, events, safety responses, and administrative support across clinical, finance, and training departments. Requires advanced bilingual Spanish-English communication, confidentiality, strong multitasking, and proficiency with office and collaboration software.

Oversee payroll accounting operations, including journal entries, payroll and benefits reconciliations, general ledger reviews, tax filings, and 403(b) administration. Serve as backup for full-cycle payroll processing, support financial close activities, and ensure compliance with payroll, benefits, retirement, and accounting requirements. Partner with HR, payroll, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and improve HRIS and ERP workflows.

Provides administrative and operational support across clinical programs, including intern training coordination, document and deadline tracking, evaluations, compliance training, events, inventory, EHR data entry, chart audits, research, finance tracking, quality assurance, communications, and website updates. The role supports program leadership and requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, and attention to detail in an in-person community mental health clinic environment.

Provides trauma-informed, community-based case management and rehabilitation services to transition-age youth ages 16–24. Responsibilities include advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, skill building, care coordination, referrals, housing and benefits support, Medi-Cal assistance, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families. The role requires community travel, including client visits in homes, schools, and other settings.

Execute core accounting tasks including program billing, AR follow-up, cash receipts recording, donation tracking, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations, insurance certificate verification, AP backup support, and special projects to maintain accurate financial records.
