Provide second-level support, troubleshoot and resolve core lab application issues (primarily BIOVIA LES) in a GMP pharmaceutical environment, liaise with vendors, manage ServiceNow queues, develop reports, and identify enhancements.

Provide first- and second-level ValGenesis system support and administration, troubleshoot integrations and performance, perform maintenance and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), produce user training/documentation, ensure GxP/FDA/EMA compliance, and liaise with client and Westbourne teams.
