Serve as a Pilot and Grade III Flight Instructor, delivering flight training. Must hold a Commercial Pilot License/ATPL, Grade III instructor rating and instrument rating. Type/SE instructor ratings (F406, C208, B1900, ERJ145/135) advantageous. Preference to Namibian license holders. Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, calm demeanor, and sound knowledge of regulations, instrumentation fundamentals, aircraft systems and aerodynamics.

Implement and manage FlyNamibia's marketing and communications strategy; develop partner relationships with travel trade, tour operators, corporates and government; manage sales targets and sales team performance; plan and execute marketing campaigns, budgets and media; acquire new business and trade agreements; attend trade events and trainings; handle PR, promotions, sponsorships, and reporting to inform decisions.

Participate in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, risk analysis and management reporting. Oversee accounting procedures, maintain cost controls, input and audit financial data, and support development of financial systems for business growth.
