Serve as a Pilot and Grade III Flight Instructor, delivering flight training. Must hold a Commercial Pilot License/ATPL, Grade III instructor rating and instrument rating. Type/SE instructor ratings (F406, C208, B1900, ERJ145/135) advantageous. Preference to Namibian license holders. Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, calm demeanor, and sound knowledge of regulations, instrumentation fundamentals, aircraft systems and aerodynamics.

Analyze financial and operational data, oversee accounting procedures, prepare forecasts, budgets, cashflow and risk analyses, audit and input invoices into online systems, compile management reports, maintain cost controls, and help develop financial systems. Work requires strong Excel skills and knowledge of Namibia and South Africa tax/VAT.
