Manages apartment community operations, leasing production, occupancy, revenue, budgets, tenant relations, financial reporting, vendor performance, property inspections, maintenance issues, and staff supervision. The role is responsible for maximizing NOI, minimizing vacancy and turnover loss, enforcing lease terms, maintaining property standards, and preparing financial updates for property owners.

Manage all leasing, financial and operational aspects of an apartment community: maximize occupancy and NOI, supervise leasing/maintenance teams, handle tenant relations and screening, prepare budgets and financial reports, oversee turnovers and vendor contracts, and perform property inspections and emergency maintenance.
