Deliver exceptional patient-focused retail optical sales: sell and fit eyeglasses, recommend lenses and coatings, perform optical measurements, handle POS/pricing, support merchandising and marketing, and build relationships with patients, doctors, and associates to drive retention and sales.

Provide comprehensive eye care: examine eyes, diagnose conditions, prescribe corrective lenses and medications, manage pre/post-op care, recommend eyewear, coordinate with other clinicians, and meet optical sales targets.

Provide exceptional patient service while driving retail sales in an optical store. Fill prescriptions, fit and adapt lenses and frames, perform optical measurements, recommend lenses/coatings, assist frame selection, manage POS pricing and order timelines, support merchandising, marketing initiatives, and promote managed vision care. Build relationships with doctors and associates.
