Leads YMCA membership operations, including growth, retention, onboarding, member services, data analysis, front-desk procedures, and service recovery. Supports wellness leadership and program alignment, manages membership budgets and financial performance, identifies revenue opportunities, and recruits, supervises, coaches, and develops staff. Partners with senior leaders and advancement teams on strategic planning, communications, marketing campaigns, and community engagement while promoting exceptional member experiences and mission alignment.

Supervise infants through school-age children in a safe YMCA environment: greet families, monitor drop-off/pick-up, lead age-appropriate activities, encourage social development, maintain program space and equipment, complete incident/injury documentation, communicate with parents, and follow policies and required trainings.
