Develops referral relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare organizations across an assigned territory. Conducts educational in-services, provides customer service, manages business development goals, participates in team meetings, and supports company culture. This full-time field sales role requires reliable transportation and frequent travel throughout the territory.

Conducts in-house, virtual, and field training for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, massage therapists, and new providers. Coordinates onboarding, travel, training materials, and cross-functional readiness. Provides clinical skills education, documentation guidance, chart reviews, provider feedback, and early onboarding support. Develops educational materials and supports CEU/CME programs while tracking training data and metrics. Frequent travel within California and across the United States is required.
