Work independently on a consistent weekend schedule and contribute to sales through customer problem-solving and reservation management.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive lead generation and improve cost per rental. Analyze performance data, support budget allocation across multiple markets, test channels (display, retargeting, YouTube, paid social, CTV), and collaborate with teams to improve landing page conversion and reporting.

Lead and mentor an accounting team supporting 160+ entities, oversee a five-day monthly close, ensure accurate financial reporting, partner with operations, optimize systems (NetSuite, AvidXchange, Emburse), improve processes, and support payroll-related accounting.
