Teams at West Coast Self-Storage Group, LLC

Supports full-cycle recruiting, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and new hire experiences. Maintains HRIS data, personnel records, recruiting documentation, reports, and compliance materials; assists with benefits enrollment, employee inquiries, promotions, separations, and HR projects. Partners with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing needs, coordinates recruiting events, and occasionally travels to company locations, job fairs, meetings, and training sessions.

Leads Storage Defender Smart Unit deployments, onboarding, training, adoption, reporting, and performance improvement across multiple self-storage facilities. Coordinates schedules, inventory, readiness standards, training materials, stakeholder relationships, vendor issue resolution, and action plans for underperforming locations. Analyzes adoption and revenue metrics, supports operational consistency, and serves as the internal subject matter expert while collaborating with field leadership, call center teams, internal departments, and the vendor.
