Executes Beyond Oil pilots, customer onboarding, training, product adoption, deliveries, and field support for restaurant and commercial kitchen customers. Conducts site assessments, coordinates trial materials, trains kitchen teams, tracks pilot data, maintains CRM records, resolves implementation issues, and supports ongoing customer satisfaction and retention. The role also assists with Redux service onboarding and refers expansion opportunities to sales representatives.

Build and manage relationships with restaurants, commercial kitchens, and foodservice operators. Generate new business through sales calls and site visits, conduct service assessments, onboard customers, maintain account records, resolve service issues, research market conditions, and recommend products or services. The role requires regional travel, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, personal vehicle access, and occasional after-hours customer support.
