Processes and posts payments, credits, refunds, ACH transactions, and chargebacks; reconciles property management records with bank and credit card deposits; audits transactions, lease terminations, bookings, and delinquency reports; manages settlement plans and collections; responds to student account inquiries; maintains accurate accounts receivable records and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests at campus housing. Perform front-desk and administrative duties, monitor keys and building access, manage packages, support openings/closings, assist residence life staff, help with marketing and applicant processing (Community Assistant), and participate in trainings and meetings.
