Processes and posts payments, credits, refunds, deposits, ACH transactions, chargebacks, and returned checks. Performs reconciliations between property management software, bank, and credit card systems; audits transactions, maintains accounts receivable records, and prepares delinquency reports. Supports student account inquiries, settlement plans, rent collection, billing, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. The role also requires accurate data entry, discrepancy resolution, confidential communication, and regular travel between housing communities.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for advancement systems, data governance, reporting, analytics, prospect management, gift administration, and fundraising operations. Leads system optimization, compliance, policy development, training, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with Foundation leadership, Finance, Development, university partners, and vendors. Supports campaign planning by ensuring scalable, accurate, and effective advancement processes and insights.

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests at campus housing. Perform front-desk and administrative duties, monitor keys and building access, manage packages, support openings/closings, assist residence life staff, help with marketing and applicant processing (Community Assistant), and participate in trainings and meetings.
