Collaborates with creative and digital teams to deliver marketing and communications solutions, identifies new business opportunities, prepares proposals, and supports client growth through proactive relationship management. Requires strong marketing knowledge, communication and presentation skills, adaptability, project management experience, and 4–6 years of agency or corporate marketing experience.

Leads the agency’s long-term business development and growth strategy. Identifies markets, revenue channels, strategic partnerships, and enterprise opportunities; develops go-to-market plans; leads major pitches and RFPs; shapes positioning and growth narratives; aligns capabilities with market needs; and oversees pricing, deal frameworks, and proposal improvements. Advises executive leadership and drives cross-functional alignment around growth priorities.
