The Senior Administrative Specialist at West Cancer Center plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to multiple clinic physicians. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, basic clinical assistance, scheduling, credentialing, and more. This role may also involve mentoring and leadership within the administrative department.

Responsible for onsite implementation and support of organizational systems and applications in a clinical and business environment. Provides technical assistance, solves technical problems, and conducts technical training for end users. Must have at least two years of end-user desktop application support experience.

This position will assure efficient and effective general management of operations and personnel of the assigned laboratory, assuring appropriate resource utilization. Plans, coordinates, and directs testing activities, supervises the work of laboratory personnel, and ensures quality of testing procedures.
