Lead a one-year, multi-site healthcare improvement initiative across eight primary care sites. Manage the program roadmap, stakeholder communications, PDSA coaching coordination, data collection and reporting, deliverables, site onboarding, partnership agreements, and HIPAA/data-sharing compliance. Track milestones, run charts, SPC dashboards, and quality improvement outcomes while coordinating clinical teams, leadership, and external partners.

Drives growth for Wesper’s sleep-testing products by managing customer accounts, delivering onsite and virtual clinical and technical training, supporting installations, troubleshooting hardware and software, and identifying expansion opportunities. Maintains CRM data, provides post-onboarding support, leads customer education, resolves advanced issues, and travels up to 50% within the territory, with occasional national travel and trade-show attendance.

Own the full healthcare sales cycle across the South territory, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals. Build relationships with hospitals, sleep clinics, IDTFs, and dental practices; manage pipeline and CRM data; meet revenue targets; forecast results; and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success. The role requires expertise in healthcare sales, medical devices or remote patient monitoring, strong negotiation skills, and up to 50% travel.
