Leads financial and administrative operations for Academic Affairs, including budget oversight, transaction approvals, staffing coordination, recruitment, training, process improvement, systems support, and supervision of accounting staff. Partners with Finance, Human Resources, ITS, Labor Relations, department chairs, and senior academic leaders to resolve operational, financial, personnel, and workforce-planning matters across multiple departments.

Coordinates university-wide Title IX compliance, including reports, complaints, investigations, supportive measures, regulatory updates, policy revisions, training, recordkeeping, and prevention efforts. Advises leadership, manages complex and sensitive cases, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures fair, trauma-informed processes consistent with federal and state requirements.

Supports management of the university endowment by analyzing investment performance, portfolio risks, capital allocation, and investment managers. Responsibilities include researching and vetting managers, preparing investment memos and committee materials, presenting investment theses, maintaining databases, conducting portfolio analytics, and monitoring existing partnerships. The role includes extensive investment training and requires domestic and international travel, on-campus work, strong quantitative and communication skills, and willingness to pursue the CFA designation.
