Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the ski-trip journey, providing post-booking and in-trip support. Resolve complex customer issues, manage multiple priorities, use support and CRM systems, and communicate clearly in English. The representative will work rotating shifts, including weekends, advocate for customer needs, and influence product roadmap improvements. Prior experience in technology, travel, customer service, or remote support is preferred, along with strong technical learning ability and organizational skills.

Own accounting operations and financial controls for a multi-entity, multi-currency travel technology business. Responsibilities include intercompany accounting, consolidation, statutory audits, monthly and annual close, general ledger controls, US GAAP and ASC 606 compliance, tax coordination, internal controls, accounting memos, and implementation of AI-powered automation. The Controller will work with auditors and tax advisors while improving close accuracy and efficiency.

Perform manual testing to find bugs, usability issues, and edge cases. Create, maintain, and execute test cases based on product and UX flows. Run regression, exploratory, and smoke tests; document results clearly; help reproduce and isolate issues. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality user experience and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, checklists, and documentation.
