The User Acquisition Manager will manage and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns, particularly focusing on Google Ads, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user acquisition strategies.

Perform manual testing to find bugs, usability issues, and edge cases. Create, maintain, and execute test cases based on product and UX flows. Run regression, exploratory, and smoke tests; document results clearly; help reproduce and isolate issues. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality user experience and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, checklists, and documentation.

Design and develop full-stack features focusing on scalability and performance, lead technical initiatives, and mentor engineers while maintaining high engineering standards.
