The Financial Advisor meets with members to assess their financial needs, provides investment advice, maintains long-term relationships, and trains branch staff.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing migrations, conversions, disaster recovery, third-party vendor integrations, and WRG software implementations. Support full project lifecycle under senior guidance, document requirements, track milestones, communicate risks, prepare project documentation, and ensure testing and governance. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Manage the Deposit Operations Department, overseeing procedures for checks, payments, and ACH transactions while ensuring staff performance aligns with company goals and regulatory compliance.
