Interact with existing customers to take and upsell orders via phone and email, manage order entry and fulfillment communication, follow up on quotes, monitor open orders and backorders, collaborate with outside sales, report market feedback, and identify process improvements.

Handles inbound customer enquiries, processes orders, coordinates fulfilment, provides product recommendations, prepares quotations, manages order statuses, and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role supports outside sales while collaborating with operations, inventory, suppliers, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver security, networking, datacom, and telecommunications solutions to B2B customers.

Performs warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, order verification, inventory placement, loading trucks, cycle counting, quality inspections, and light assembly. The role also involves maintaining assigned areas, assembling or disassembling storage fixtures, and occasionally supporting counter sales. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, plus basic problem-solving and computer skills.
