Coordinate local warehouse operations by managing order/task production in the WMS, preparing reports, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, coordinating carriers and staff to meet shipping commitments, assisting picking/packing/shipping, maintaining inventory documentation, and leading small projects in the supervisor's absence.

Manage existing customer accounts via phone and email to obtain and upsell orders, prepare quotes, track open orders and backorders, collaborate with outside sales, report market feedback, and identify process improvements to grow sales.

Provide regional legal support across CALA (especially Colombia) on commercial, contracts, employment, regulatory and compliance matters. Draft, review and negotiate agreements, advise business leaders, participate in cross-functional projects, support compliance and work with external counsel to mitigate legal risks and achieve business objectives.
