Coordinates commercial real estate appraisal services for a bank’s secured credit administration function. Acts as liaison among valuation staff, lenders, closing teams, reviewers, senior management, and vendors. Tracks appraisals in Collateral 360, coordinates external reviews, uploads documentation, completes Finance Center checklists, resolves or escalates issues, and manages deadlines and service-level agreements. The role also requires compliance with banking regulations, confidentiality standards, and internal policies.

Coordinates commercial real estate appraisal requests for a bank, serving as liaison between valuation staff, internal departments, management, and vendors. Tracks appraisal status, communicates issues and information requests, orders external reviews, uploads documentation, updates Finance Center, and assists with closing checklists. The role also routes and escalates problems, safeguards confidential information, maintains appraisal regulatory knowledge, and ensures compliance with banking policies and deadlines.

Administers and improves identity and access management processes, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and access reviews. Configures and maintains IAM tools, Active Directory, and LDAP integrations; investigates and resolves incidents; supports system integrations; documents procedures; coordinates with vendors; and trains staff. The role also analyzes workflows, recommends automation and efficiency improvements, and ensures compliance with banking policies and regulations.
