Trains, coaches, schedules, and evaluates staff; oversees audits, reports, cash controls, compliance, and operational procedures. Supports recruiting, hiring, customer relationship development, lending referrals, product sales, and community engagement. Ensures policy adherence, resolves issues, and assists banking center or district leadership with performance management.

Supports retail banking leadership with administrative coordination, reporting analytics, expense and invoice processing, meetings, events, community development initiatives, compliance activities, and special projects. Maintains confidentiality, monitors service feedback, supports business objectives, and coordinates with banking centers and internal departments. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, multitasking, and follow-up skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and limited travel within the market.

Provides customer service and banking transactions, opens deposit accounts, handles cash, identifies customer needs, promotes bank products, and generates referrals. Builds consumer and business relationships through consultations, onboarding, outbound calls, and business development. Maintains security, audit, compliance, vault, and daily banking center procedures while supporting branch operations and team goals.
