Provides investment counseling and recommends securities and insurance products to bank and non-bank clients. Prospects for new business, opens and services investment accounts, manages transactions and client requests, and supports cross-referrals. Builds relationships with branch partners, coaches licensed bankers and branch employees, participates in seminars and community events, and ensures compliance with banking, FINRA, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Supports the Financial Intelligence Unit by investigating BSA, AML, fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing alerts. Reviews customer due diligence and CIP records, analyzes account activity, identifies suspicious transactions, documents findings, communicates with bank personnel and customers, and ensures compliance with Bank Secrecy Act regulations and internal policies.
