Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email; support customer satisfaction surveys; resolve concerns; maintain accurate CRM records; collaborate with sales and service teams; and deliver a positive VIP customer experience.

Greet and welcome dealership customers, answer and route calls, schedule sales and service appointments, enter customer information, manage chats and messaging tools, maintain the reception area, and provide basic administrative support. The role works closely with sales and service teams to deliver a positive customer experience and requires weekend and some holiday availability.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, fluid checks; use diagnostic equipment; keep detailed records; maintain a safe, clean work area and follow repair procedures.
