Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through onboarding across manufacturing, office, technical, and leadership roles. Partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain HRIS records, support compliant hiring practices, and build talent pipelines through community partnerships and recruiting events. Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate communication, recruiting metrics, and process improvement initiatives.

The Toolmaker Apprentice will assist in constructing, altering, and repairing tools and fixtures under engineering supervision, requiring mechanical aptitude and communication skills.
