The TechOps Engineer investigates complex technical issues across live systems, analyzes data flows and logs, and develops automation tools, workflows, dashboards, and AI-powered solutions. The role partners with Operations, Product, R&D, GDS Specialists, and Solution Architects to resolve issues, improve efficiency, identify recurring patterns, and deliver long-term technical projects. Experience with Python or JavaScript, SQL, APIs, system administration, LLM workflows, GDS services, and cloud environments is relevant.

Investigate and resolve complex production issues, build automation and internal tooling, create AI/LLM-powered operational tools, collaborate with Operations/Product/R&D, analyze operational data for scalable solutions, and manage long-term technical projects.

Build and maintain developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production ML infrastructure. Manage AWS, EKS, Terraform, Snowflake, dbt, and Prefect environments; improve deployment reliability, data quality, model serving, and cloud cost efficiency. Collaborate closely with backend engineers, data scientists, analysts, and product managers while researching and rolling out improvements across the company.
