Develop high-performance, highly available platform capabilities for autonomous haulage systems. Build technology supporting system operation, monitoring, and support across distributed environments involving sensors, edge computing, and communications networks. Responsibilities include software development, pipeline automation, infrastructure as code, cloud platform integration, systems analysis, and design within an agile product team.

Provides global technical support, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, training, and customer adoption services for Wenco mining and Open Autonomy solutions. The role investigates and reproduces software, hardware, and interface issues, identifies root causes, documents resolutions, contributes to product improvements, and supports sales, development, product management, and regional teams. It requires rotating 12-hour shifts, international travel, mining systems expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and availability for customer and project issues.

Coordinates global supply chain operations, including purchase orders, RFQs, customer order inquiries, RMAs, delivery schedules, hardware packing and export documentation. Maintains accurate business-system data, supports inventory management and procurement compliance, and prepares reporting for regional management. Requires strong organization, communication, regulatory-learning ability, and attention to detail.
