Manage the end-to-end publication lifecycle for global software documentation. Responsibilities include source-file validation, XML and Markdown development, localization preparation, document QA, defect tracking, version control, publishing, and troubleshooting formatting, rendering, and build issues. Collaborate with technical writers, localization teams, project managers, and clients while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and improving documentation processes.

Perform high-volume digital content curation and metadata validation for written and audio content. Follow SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines; correct straightforward issues, document defects in internal tools, escalate complex problems, manage assigned queues to SLA targets, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality while incorporating feedback through training and calibration.

Leads localization and technology-related projects from planning through closure, managing schedules, budgets, risks, resources, quality, profitability, and client communications. Supervises global internal and external teams, maintains enterprise customer relationships, prepares proposals and project documentation, supports sales cycles, reports project performance, and drives process improvement and AI-enabled workflow optimization. Requires experience with international projects, large clients, financial management, translation management systems, and client-facing project delivery.
