Provides administrative and operational support to Human Resources, including employee recordkeeping, recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits and payroll assistance, employee communications, HR reporting, compliance documentation, and confidential personnel information management. The role also supports training, performance review processes, employee inquiries, calendars, special projects, and general departmental activities.

Creates digital and print visual content for branding, social media, advertising, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials. Maintains brand consistency, prepares artwork for publication and print, edits visual assets, adapts designs across platforms, manages multiple projects, incorporates feedback, and collaborates with internal teams and external creative partners.

Provides clerical and administrative support by managing schedules, correspondence, records, documents, meetings, communications, office supplies, invoices, and employee paperwork. The role coordinates with internal and external contacts, maintains confidentiality, tracks deadlines, supports onboarding, and helps ensure efficient office operations. It requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with common office software.
