Design mobile-first web funnel experiences for Wellfunnel, supporting growth experimentation across onboarding, payments, and checkout. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, research, and content teams to prioritize hypotheses, conduct research, create wireframes and prototypes, iterate through experiments, and improve conversion, retention, engagement, and revenue. Use analytics, usability testing, behavioral design, and design systems to deliver user-centered product improvements.

Own compensation and benefits analytics across international hubs, including pay ranges, review cycles, market benchmarking, pay gap analysis, job architecture, bonus schemes, and benefits renewals. Build reporting, manage budgets, support pay transparency, negotiate with vendors, and automate recurring processes using AI. Partner with leadership, HRBPs, Procurement, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven total rewards programs.

Create and edit short-form social videos, motion designs, static ads, and realistic AI-generated people, characters, scenes, and environments. Adapt existing footage for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Collaborate with social media and design teams to develop compelling organic marketing content, experiment with generative AI tools, and iterate quickly while maintaining strong composition, lighting, pacing, consistency, and visual quality.
