The Product Counsel will guide product development and launches, advising on legal matters, compliance, and risk mitigation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Serve as product counsel advising Product, Engineering, Marketing and Content on consumer protection, e-commerce, auto-renewals, disclosures, advertising and platform rules. Review sign-up/cancellation/monetization flows, monitor global regulations (EU/US), translate requirements into compliance strategies, build legal templates/processes, and mitigate legal risks across product lifecycle.

Lead development of a cross-platform foundation (mobile, web, BFF, infra), build scalable React Native/TypeScript systems, own native media and HLS streaming, design backend-driven UI, implement CI/CD and AI-agentic workflows, and collaborate with product, design, marketing, and data to ship experiments and reusable platform capabilities.
