Provide structured one-on-one behavioral coaching to youth and families to improve social functioning, teach interpersonal and problem-solving skills, develop individualized support plans, supervise skill practice, link to community resources, attend supervision and team meetings, and travel locally to youth homes, schools, and provider sites.

Provide outpatient case management and crisis support to seriously mentally ill adults, monitor medication compliance, develop and revise individualized service plans, coordinate community resources and transportation, maintain electronic client documentation, and assist clients and families through crises toward stable residential and recovery outcomes. Position is part-time overnight weekends.

Support teachers with instructional and non-instructional duties for 3–5 year olds with behavioral health diagnoses: implement behavior modification, record attendance, assist with drop-off/pick-up and van supervision, chaperone field trips, distribute meals, contact families, escort to restrooms, and perform administrative tasks.

Oversee daily operations and staff at a designated group home, ensure resident care, regulatory compliance, staff scheduling/training, budgeting, documentation accuracy, incident reporting, and provide clinical supervision and crisis intervention as needed.
