Responsibilities include data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, final loads, issue resolution, cutover planning, and go-live readiness. The role also develops migration tools and automation, improves governance and documentation, collaborates with customers and vendors, supports secure handling of regulated data, measures migration performance, and mentors junior specialists.

Lead and develop an established product design team for an AI-first EMR platform. Own end-to-end product experience quality, strengthen user research and design practices, guide AI-assisted clinical workflows, improve Design-Product-Engineering collaboration, evolve design systems, and incorporate accessibility and clinical safety. Engage clinicians and clinics to inform product decisions while coaching designers and shaping the overall design function.
