Leads Wellstar’s Epic Community Connect program, overseeing affiliate implementations, governance, strategic roadmaps, contracting coordination, stakeholder communications, account management, go-live support, and post-launch stabilization. Serves as the primary liaison between affiliate providers and internal clinical, IT, legal, compliance, finance, HIM, and marketing teams. Develops standardized processes, pricing and resource models, escalation channels, and readiness criteria while managing complex initiatives and executive-level relationships.

Prepare month- and year-end reconciliations and journal entries, assist with financial close and variance analyses, reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, prepare audit schedules, bill and reconcile miscellaneous accounts receivable, code and approve invoices, perform cash reconciliations, and serve as point of contact for utility accounts.

Leads Wellstar’s CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and digital platforms. Oversees customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, campaign testing, analytics, governance, and optimization. Partners with marketing, digital, clinical, analytics, IT, and operational teams to improve patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty while ensuring HIPAA and privacy compliance.
