Provides inpatient nurse case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination. Reviews medical necessity and resource use, collaborates with treatment teams and payers, coordinates alternative care settings and post-discharge services, analyzes utilization trends, and supports quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, and value-based care initiatives.

Performs routine and specialized diagnostic radiographic procedures, including trauma, orthopedic, neurovascular, portable, fluoroscopic, and C-arm imaging. Responsibilities include patient positioning and transfer, radiation safety, image quality evaluation, PACS and EHR issue resolution, case scheduling, staff oversight and training, equipment quality assurance, and participation in process-improvement projects. Provides direct patient care across assigned age groups and supports hospital and outpatient imaging services, including on-call coverage.

Provides inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation care in a 12-bed hospital rehabilitation unit. Manages patients recovering from surgery, traumatic brain injuries, concussions, joint replacements, strokes, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation. Performs hospital consultations and collaborates in a hospital-based practice. The role requires an MD or DO, physician licensure, and board certification or eligibility in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
