Provide high-level administrative support to vice presidents including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, event support, PowerPoint and report preparation, process improvement using data/Lean principles, confidentiality maintenance, and cross-team backup to ensure executive effectiveness.

Advise senior leaders and develop internal communication strategies that drive alignment, engagement, and trust. Create executive communications, storytelling content, metrics-driven plans, and multimedia (photo/video). Partner with cross-functional teams, coach specialists, and support change initiatives using technology and AI.

Provides unit-based nursing education and competency development for RN and support staff on an intermediate acuity cardiopulmonary telemetry unit. Designs and delivers curricula, conducts learning needs and competency assessments, supports orientation and precepting, promotes evidence-based practice and specialty certification, and partners with leadership to track education outcomes and regulatory compliance.
