Leads the client success team for Advisory & Outsourced Services, focusing on retention, client satisfaction, referenceability, and growth. Develops client programs, best practices, KPIs, and strategies to improve adoption and reduce churn. Partners with internal teams to address client needs, manages at-risk accounts, reports client health and growth insights to executives, and mentors teammates. Requires healthcare-related client success and management experience, with travel up to 30%.

Designs and implements application integrations, interfaces, workflows, and unified dashboards. Collaborates with project teams and clients, troubleshoots complex software issues, identifies root causes, documents technical constraints, and supports healthcare technology deployments. The role requires experience with APIs, HL7, FHIR, Rhapsody, SFTP, client communication, and technical implementation, with preferred experience in SQL, Windows Server, EHRs, and clinical systems.
