Configure, maintain, and support Workday HR modules; gather requirements, resolve system and data issues, create reports, conduct testing and audits, document processes, develop training materials, and identify process improvements.

Develops and architects scalable custom software solutions based on client requirements. Partners with sales, project management, solution development, and implementation teams; leads discovery sessions, translates business needs into technical designs, performs debugging and root-cause analysis, and communicates feasibility and recommendations to clients. Requires C#, SQL, web services, API, and software development lifecycle experience, along with proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, and GitHub.

Bridges client needs with WellSky technical solutions by gathering requirements, assessing feasibility, architecting scalable integrations, supporting implementation, debugging issues, and demonstrating solution capabilities. The role requires strong healthcare IT integration experience, including HL7 interfaces, TCP/IP, APIs, SQL, and relational databases, plus client communication and collaboration with sales, project management, development, and implementation teams.
