The Tax Senior/Manager will prepare and review tax returns, provide tax planning advice, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and ensure operational excellence with at least 5 years of public accounting experience.

Accounting interns will support tax preparation, audits, reviews, compilations, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, journal entries, depreciation schedules, research, and data analysis under senior staff supervision. The role includes client-site audit assistance, employee benefit plan audits, and exposure to accounting, tax, audit software, and professional standards. Candidates must be accounting students available onsite in Richmond for at least 32 hours weekly over six consecutive weeks.

Provides outsourced accounting and advisory services for small and medium-sized business clients. Responsibilities include account reconciliations, journal entries, payroll and tax returns, financial statements, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, financial analysis, and client guidance. The role also supports QuickBooks Online setup, training, troubleshooting, and related cloud accounting platforms while coordinating with clients and internal teams. This is a part-time, on-site Richmond position requiring at least 25 hours weekly, with potential to become full-time.
