Maintains clean jobsites, communicates concerns, and collaborates with crews while working in physically demanding and variable outdoor conditions.

Manages engineering operations in a production plant, improving manufacturing efficiency, standardization, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Reviews engineering details, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, evaluates load capacities and materials, supports concrete production, develops panel-handling hardware, resolves non-conformances, and oversees plant quality certification. The role also conducts process research, implements lean manufacturing practices, and communicates with production, quality, and field erection teams.
