Own and prioritize roadmaps for Concrete Vision capabilities. Lead discovery, translate needs into requirements and user stories, support delivery, UAT, adoption, and track value realization while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead the Quality Control and Batch Plant team to ensure production meets PCI certification and quality standards. Supervise QC and batch plant staff, coordinate with production and engineering, support mix design/testing, train employees, enforce safety, allocate resources, and resolve quality issues while supporting continuous improvement and recruiting.

Provide frontline technical support for end-user hardware and software across multiple locations. Install, configure, and maintain applications (ERP, CAD, O365), manage patches and upgrades, monitor security, track IT assets, document procedures, and collaborate with teams to improve system reliability and user experience. Support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices and assist with deployments and incident response.
