Entry-level engineering role supporting structural design and analysis of precast concrete components. Provides entry-level engineering support for precast concrete design, structural analysis, project coordination, production, and field operations. Duties include interpreting drawings, performing calculations, tracking project milestones, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, supporting technical issue resolution, and assisting sales and estimating. The role includes plant and site exposure while working toward Professional Engineer licensure.

Supports recruiting and operational training for Spanish-speaking and diverse employees in a precast manufacturing environment. Develops and delivers onboarding programs covering manufacturing processes, equipment, procedures, and safety. Monitors compliance, evaluates trainee performance, maintains training records, improves processes, and manages the mentorship program. Requires hands-on plant and field work, bilingual English/Spanish communication, PPE use, and familiarity with precast manufacturing and safety protocols.
