Lead sales and marketing for a senior living community to meet occupancy targets. Generate and qualify leads, maintain referral networks, conduct tours and community outreach, manage You've Got Leads database, develop marketing/PR/advertising plans, supervise move-in coordinator, perform daily property readiness checks, prepare reports, and collaborate with executive and regional directors.

Administer and document medications to residents per physician orders and state regulations, manage medication inventory and records, assist caregivers, coordinate with pharmacies and physicians, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and support resident care and departmental duties.

Support Programs Director in planning, leading, and evaluating resident activities. Update agendas and resident profiles in LifeLoop, track attendance, set up/clean supplies, train volunteers, assist with exercise regimens and transportation, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and cover reception as needed.
