Support Programs Director in planning, leading, and evaluating resident activities. Update agendas and resident profiles in LifeLoop, track attendance, set up/clean supplies, train volunteers, assist with exercise regimens and transportation, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and cover reception as needed.

Generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and drive admissions to meet occupancy targets. Develop and execute marketing, PR, and advertising programs; build referral networks; maintain market knowledge; manage You've Got Leads database; supervise move-in coordinator; coordinate events and maintain model/respite rooms; report census and marketing activity to Executive Director.

Administer and document resident medications per physician orders and state regulations; coordinate with pharmacy and physicians; maintain medication records, supplies, and cleanliness; assist caregivers and residents with treatments; perform narcotic counts and audits; report status changes and discrepancies; support resident safety, infection control, and facility procedures.
