Provide community-based clinical case management to justice-involved adults with behavioral health needs, diverting those likely incompetent to proceed into care. Conduct outreach in jails, courts, hospitals, and the community; develop care plans, coordinate transportation, attend court, connect clients to housing, benefits, and services, document clinical interactions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and legal diversion outcomes.

Provide front-desk and back-office administrative support at a mental health clinic: customer service, scheduling, phone screening, records and EMR maintenance, mail distribution, supply requisitions, basic office equipment operation, intake/check-in, insurance and co-pay collection, and support clinic operations to ensure a trauma-informed environment.

Lead and standardize front office functions across multiple clinics, including patient access, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance. Drive process improvement, manage budgets and revenue cycle performance, establish reporting/dashboards, partner with clinical and IT teams, hire and develop front office leaders, and ensure a trauma-informed, patient-centered administrative service model.
