Leads nursing operations for 24/7 behavioral health crisis programs, supervising clinical staff, managing staffing and compliance, supporting crisis assessments and interventions, and coordinating care with internal teams and community partners. Oversees documentation, quality improvement, hiring, training, incident reporting, workflows, and after-hours crisis support while ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered care.

Provides behavioral health case management and psychosocial services to help individuals meet basic needs, access community resources, develop daily living and social skills, pursue employment and housing, and engage in treatment. Maintains clinical documentation, coordinates transportation and services, supports families and natural support systems, and promotes trauma-informed recovery. The role requires transporting clients in a personal vehicle and working Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Provides clinical and administrative supervision for multidisciplinary behavioral health and forensic teams. Oversees trauma-informed treatment, staff development, performance, documentation, compliance, scheduling, community partnerships, program outcomes, budgets, grants, and fee-for-service performance. Supports court-facing case management, co-responder, criminal justice access, and competency restoration services while promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
