Lead and standardize front office functions across multiple clinics, including patient access, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance. Drive process improvement, manage budgets and revenue cycle performance, establish reporting/dashboards, partner with clinical and IT teams, hire and develop front office leaders, and ensure a trauma-informed, patient-centered administrative service model.

Provide direct nursing services and mental health treatment for consumers with severe mental illnesses. Work in a team to conduct assessments, administer medications, and ensure care coordination.

Clinical Case Managers provide behavioral case management services to support individuals in achieving recovery and improved community functioning. Responsibilities include assessing needs, providing psycho-social services, guiding daily living skills, and facilitating access to resources and support systems.
