The CFO provides executive leadership over finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, revenue cycle, contracts, and managed care. Responsibilities include financial reporting, compliance, audits, tax filings, fiscal controls, capital planning, banking relationships, and oversight of major capital projects. The role advises the CEO and Board, leads financial teams, supports union negotiations, and promotes long-term organizational sustainability in a behavioral health nonprofit environment.

Manages day-to-day pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, dispensing services, inventory, audits, and medication safety. Supervises, coaches, and develops pharmacists, technicians, interns, and other staff. Provides direct pharmacist-led clinical services, collaborates with medical and interdisciplinary teams, supports patient outcomes, and oversees financial, strategic, quality improvement, and service expansion initiatives.

Provides advanced clinical pharmacy care, including medication optimization, disease-state management, consultations, protocol-driven therapy, immunizations, and medication therapy management. Collaborates with interdisciplinary behavioral health and medical teams, develops clinical programs, educates staff and patients, supports quality improvement, monitors outcomes, and ensures regulatory compliance. The specialist also contributes to pharmacy operations, specialty practice initiatives, and equitable, patient-centered care.
