Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered care. Manage staff development, performance, documentation, compliance, scheduling, program outcomes, and budgets. Lead program design and community partnerships, enforce regulatory standards, and oversee warehouse/resource operations and related equipment certification.

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of WellPower's digital presence. Oversee social, web, email, analytics (GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Sprout Social), manage a small team and vendors, deliver insights and dashboards, maintain SharePoint and intranet, ensure brand standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve engagement and campaigns.

Provide front-desk and back-office administrative support at a mental health clinic: customer service, scheduling, phone screening, records and EMR maintenance, mail distribution, supply requisitions, basic office equipment operation, intake/check-in, insurance and co-pay collection, and support clinic operations to ensure a trauma-informed environment.
