Provides behavioral interventions, case management, needs assessments, parenting workshops, referrals, advocacy, and documentation for young children and families in an early intervention program. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, child and family services, and community providers. Supports children in homes, schools, communities, and program settings; may drive agency transportation vans and use a personal vehicle. Requires field-based work, safety interventions, community outreach, and electronic health record documentation.

Provides field-based employment and career support to transition-age youth with mental health, developmental, and substance-use challenges. Duties include career planning, job-skills coaching, resume and interview preparation, barrier assessment, employer relationship development, job-site support, group meetings, treatment-team collaboration, and DOR documentation. The role requires community engagement, reliable transportation, flexible scheduling, and accurate electronic health record documentation.

Drive cost-saving initiatives and financial strategy by preparing financial models, monthly/quarterly reports, variance analyses and reimbursement requests; manage contract and grant budgets, reconciliations, month-end close, cash collections, and audit support; synthesize clinical, statistical, and billing data; prepare contract modifications, proposals, and ad hoc CFO analyses.
