Drive cost-saving initiatives and financial strategy by preparing financial models, monthly/quarterly reports, variance analyses and reimbursement requests; manage contract and grant budgets, reconciliations, month-end close, cash collections, and audit support; synthesize clinical, statistical, and billing data; prepare contract modifications, proposals, and ad hoc CFO analyses.

Provides behavioral interventions, parenting education, needs assessments, treatment planning, and case management to young children and their families. Works with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, schools, community providers, and child protective services. Conducts home and community visits, advocates for referrals, documents services in an electronic health record, supports transportation, and participates in outreach events. Requires field-based work and hands-on safety interventions.

Provide community-based case management, develop and monitor treatment plans, link families to resources, document services in EHR, attend team meetings and represent agency at community events. Respond to crises as part of Intensive Services Division.
