Leads the design, evolution, and operation of Wellmark’s internal developer platform. Responsibilities include platform integrations, self-service workflows, software catalogs, automation, architecture governance, security, infrastructure, technical planning, stakeholder consulting, mentoring, and improving developer productivity, adoption, reliability, and experience.

Develop marketing strategies for employer groups, producers, consultants, and other business audiences. Analyze market, customer, competitive, and performance data to identify opportunities; define value propositions, positioning, personas, journeys, roadmaps, KPIs, and measurement plans. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, analytics, creative, and business teams to align initiatives, advise stakeholders, communicate recommendations, and optimize results through testing and insights.
