The Segment Strategy Manager will shape Wellmark's growth strategy by analyzing market insights and customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing segment strategies, and managing strategic initiatives to improve member experiences.

Manage end-to-end execution of B2B and sales-distribution marketing campaigns and operational communications. Coordinate creative development, vendors, targeting, multi-channel delivery (email, web, direct mail), approvals, and reporting. Use marketing tech and analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
