Own client benefit resource builds from intake through launch. Identify and organize benefits, apply tagging and eligibility frameworks, translate complex information into employee-friendly content, coordinate approvals, and maintain quality standards. Analyze portfolios to identify gaps and redundancies, provide insights to cross-functional teams, and improve processes, technology, and AI-enabled workflows. Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring accurate, scalable delivery.

Own client engagement strategy and execution to increase employee enrollment across employer clients. Develop and manage multichannel campaigns, write communications, direct designers and vendors, analyze performance data, report ROI to HR and Total Rewards leaders, and build scalable engagement playbooks. This individual contributor role requires balancing strategy with hands-on execution and includes approximately 10–20% travel for client activations and onsite events.
