Own a portfolio of 100–150 schools, driving platform implementation, adoption, engagement, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with school stakeholders, lead strategic success conversations, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure customers achieve meaningful wellbeing outcomes. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams while improving processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.

Own end-to-end product design for a B2B SaaS wellbeing platform, from research and feature shaping through interface design, front-end implementation, testing, and launch. Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams; build and maintain the design system; use AI tools in design and development; conduct user research; write interface copy; create sales enablement materials; and mentor others.

Build and ship customer-focused product features in a Ruby on Rails monolith. Lead major product initiatives, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, improve development practices through code reviews and documentation, and establish maintainable engineering patterns. Collaborate closely with product, design, content, founders, and customer-facing teams while using AI-assisted coding to work efficiently. The role is remote-friendly for candidates located anywhere in Australia.
