Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Fixed Income Boutiques Leadership Team: manage complex global calendars, coordinate meetings/events and travel, handle expense reports and subscriptions, support onboarding and cross-coverage, assist with projects, research and reporting, and prepare/format presentations while maintaining discretion and strong client-service orientation.

Deliver accurate, timely product and client reporting across APAC. Produce and review recurring and customized client materials, partner with investment and client teams, and develop expertise in multi-asset strategies while supporting process improvement and automation.

Produce and maintain timely, accurate product and client reports (monthly/quarterly), primarily for Equity and Fixed Income, with a Japan-language focus. Peer-review deliverables, partner with investment and client teams, support customization, and pursue process improvement and automation to enhance reporting quality and client experience.
