Supports Wellington Management’s private investments legal team across private equity and private credit deal lifecycles, fund formation, legal data tracking, workflow and pipeline tools, recordkeeping, playbooks, confidentiality agreements, and routine transaction agreements. Collaborates with legal, investment, business, operational, and external provider teams while organizing information and improving scalable processes and knowledge management.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Grade Private Credit team, including complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, expense reporting, domestic and international travel planning, relationship management, cross-coverage for executive assistants, and ad hoc project assistance. The role requires strong organization, discretion, proactive problem-solving, multitasking, deadline management, and advanced Microsoft Office skills in a hybrid environment requiring at least four days per week in the office.

Execute emerging market debt trades (hard-currency cash and derivatives) for EMEA accounts, collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to source liquidity and ideas, gather and disseminate market intelligence, develop trading relationships, enhance execution efficiency while managing regulatory, operational, liquidity and investment risks.
