Leads Wellington Management’s global compensation function, including pay structures, incentive programs, benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, governance, analytics, and executive recommendations. Serves as the senior compensation adviser to HR, Finance, and business leaders; oversees compensation committees, market insights, and program effectiveness. Manages and develops the global compensation team while ensuring competitive, equitable, and business-aligned practices across geographies.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Human Resources and senior leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, expense processing, domestic and international travel planning, presentation support, onboarding, performance review coordination, project tracking, and cross-team support. The role requires discretion, executive presence, proactive problem-solving, advanced Microsoft Office skills, technology and AI adoption, and strong organization in a fast-paced environment.

Lead attack surface and vulnerability management activities, including CNAPP assessments, cloud configuration reviews, threat intelligence analysis, vulnerability prioritization, and urgent cyber defense response. Partner with developers and application custodians to improve CI/CD security, automate workflows with scripting and AI, establish CIS-aligned security baselines, assess third-party exposure, and develop security documentation, policies, and standards.
