Lead and manage the facility rehabilitation program, coordinate staffing and patient care, provide direct PT/OT/SLP services, ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, oversee productivity, billing accuracy, equipment maintenance, staff hiring/training, and drive operational and financial performance while fostering team cohesion.

Manage HR data and recruitment support, advise on policies, assist payroll and compliance. Oversee business office billing, AR, Medicare and insurance claims, resident trust funds, daily financial tasks, and train/back up staff to ensure efficient office operations.

Lead and coordinate nursing care on shift, guide nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, document care and assessments, educate staff, maintain safety and infection control, and manage staffing replacements to ensure resident well-being and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate and complete resident MDS assessments, ensure federal/state compliance, maintain accurate documentation and care plans, run quality reports, submit MDS data, lead interdisciplinary meetings, and support billing through ancillary data collection.

Provide meal service in a care facility: assemble and deliver trays, prepare and portion food per recipes, rotate and manage supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse, and maintain cleanliness and food safety while supporting resident satisfaction.
