Advise students and alumnae pursuing media and technology careers through individual, group, and drop-in counseling. Provide guidance on job and internship searches, networking, interviews, salary negotiation, graduate school applications, and career tools. Design and deliver workshops, panels, webinars, and recruiting events; build relationships with employers, faculty, student organizations, and campus partners; promote internships and fellowships; and monitor industry trends and recruiting practices.

Operates and maintains boiler, chill-water, and cogeneration power plant equipment safely and efficiently. Conducts equipment readings, tests and records water treatment conditions, monitors temperatures, pressures, and flows, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role requires working with chemicals, oils, greases, and confined spaces, along with variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency coverage. Employees must maintain reliable operations and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Support admission marketing and communications with a focus on digital content and social media. Create and track analytics-driven digital assets, assist with website content, manage assigned recruitment territory, support virtual and in-person events, supervise student assistants, and participate in application review and outreach to key educational stakeholders.
