Lead creative vision and art direction across TV/CTV, paid and organic social, experiential, retail, and trade. Concept and oversee campaigns, direct shoots, mentor a small creative team (3–5), partner with strategy and production, present to clients, and ensure high craft and integrated strategic thinking across the account.

Design and build presentation decks, mockups, and edited photos; maintain brand consistency; collaborate with onsite creative and account teams to meet fast-turnaround client and internal deadlines.

The CX Strategy Director will build the design strategy, lead the implementation of customer insights into design, manage product roadmaps, and ensure alignment of design with business goals across ecommerce and B2B platforms.
