The role also maintains accurate records, supports membership initiatives, handles front desk hospitality, performs laundry and housekeeping tasks, and uses MindBody, Excel, and Word. Open scheduling availability, reliability, strong communication, organization, and a high-energy customer-focused approach are required.

Sell wellness memberships and services, assist new and existing clients, manage front-desk interactions, schedule appointments, process payments, and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires following a sales process, building customer loyalty, handling criticism professionally, and contributing to a positive studio environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Manage daily sales of therapeutic massage services and wellness memberships, book appointments, coach sales associates, increase studio revenue through networking and cross-selling, and maintain an inviting guest experience. The role also involves hiring or developing staff, monitoring financials and performance reporting, coordinating across multiple locations, attending meetings and events, and working nights and weekends.
