Originate and execute commercial real estate debt and structured finance transactions from initial client engagement through closing. Build relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries; structure capital stacks; source lenders and investors; prepare offering materials; negotiate term sheets; and manage deal execution. Advise clients on capital markets conditions, lender appetite, pricing, and financing options while using technology and workflow systems to build a scalable origination pipeline.

The Vice President of Capital Markets will manage the sales cycle in commercial real estate, sourcing opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals while utilizing technology to enhance efficiency.

The Vice President will lead debt and equity finance by sourcing opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities include underwriting, structuring capital stacks, and leveraging technology to enhance execution efficiency.
