The Vice President of Capital Markets will manage the sales cycle in commercial real estate, sourcing opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals while utilizing technology to enhance efficiency.

The Vice President will lead debt and equity finance by sourcing opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities include underwriting, structuring capital stacks, and leveraging technology to enhance execution efficiency.

Lead origination and execution of commercial real estate debt and structured finance transactions. Source lenders and borrowers, underwrite deals, structure capital stacks, prepare marketing materials, negotiate term sheets, and manage transactions through closing. Provide client and lender advisory across bank, agency, debt fund, CMBS, life company, bridge, and construction financing. Use technology and automation to scale deal screening and execution while maintaining institutional-level volume.
