Lead development of W2A Trade into a profitable, scalable trade facilitation and execution unit. Convert HoldCo mandates into structured transactions by managing supplier verification, pricing, contracts, quality assurance, logistics, and payments. Build supplier networks, standardized processes, trade documentation, and a trade team. Prioritize scaling cocoa nibs exports into repeatable, profitable contracts while protecting W2A's commercial interests.

Lead W2A's finance and strategy functions: establish and run the finance department, oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk management, financial modeling, reporting, and compliance. Drive business development, identify growth and fundraising opportunities, provide strategic financial counsel to executives, build financial policies, and recruit and develop a high-performing finance team to support expansion and profitability.

Strategic HR Business Partner lead to align people, structure, and processes with organizational strategy. Design and implement HR systems, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policies, and documentation. Build org structure and role clarity, drive accountability and culture, coach leadership, and manage sensitive employee relations to institutionalize operations and support growth.
