Performs accounts payable, bookkeeping, reimbursement, expense, payment, general ledger, month-end, audit support, reporting, and financial analysis activities. Resolves complex AP inquiries and reimbursement exceptions, manages payment approval workflows, conducts transactional quality assurance, and supports Finance operations. Provides guidance to less experienced staff while working accurately under strict deadlines and minimal supervision.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice and credit memo entry, purchase order matching, vendor account maintenance, discrepancy research, payment-run support, statement reconciliation, month-end cleanup, and audit support. The role responds to vendor and internal inquiries, verifies invoice details and approvals, and coordinates with Purchasing, Receiving, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Maintains accounts receivable records through accurate data entry, cash receipt and payment application, account updates, discrepancy research, reconciliations, collections follow-up, and month-end cleanup. The role also provides invoices and statements, supports audits, and coordinates with customers and internal teams. It requires strong 10-key and data-entry skills, attention to detail, and basic accounts receivable knowledge in an office environment.
