Build community relationships, generate qualified referrals, educate prospective participants about PACE services, and guide seniors into enrollment. The role coordinates outreach activities, partners with senior centers and community organizations, develops monthly marketing plans, and works toward enrollment goals. It emphasizes relationship-based community engagement rather than hard selling.

Conduct community outreach to generate qualified referrals and enroll vulnerable seniors in WelbeHealth’s PACE program. Build relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, community organizations, caregivers, and referral partners. Coordinate outreach activities, educate referral sources about services, develop monthly marketing plans, and achieve enrollment goals. Spanish fluency is required, along with healthcare or senior-care sales and marketing experience.

Leads hands-on architecture, development, and delivery of secure healthcare systems while mentoring engineers and establishing engineering standards. Drives Azure, microservices, DevSecOps, automated testing, AI-assisted development, and scalable solutions. Partners with product, clinical, cloud, and security stakeholders to translate business needs into technical direction and support WelbeHealth’s PACE model.
